Meegan Cornforth is an holistic counsellor with an abiding interest in natural health and well-being.
Her own journey with rare chronic illness, trauma, burn-out and related anxiety provide her with insight and compassion for those struggling with everyday living.
She brings kindness, mindfulness and body awareness to sessions and, with a holistic focus, uses a variety of tools designed to help clients understand how all facets of their life shape their experiences and emotions.
